Аннотация

By the example of knowledge contests for schoolchildren the paper argues that the general understanding and the criteria of giftedness are inadequate to reality and thus are simulacra in essence. According to the author the key characteristics of giftedness include the ability to ask questions, to find the sphere of unknown, apply one’s knowledge. The pedagogical principles of support of giftedness in literature class are proposed.
