Аннотация

В работе доказывается, что глобальный ландшафт неолиберализма коренным образом определяет сферу образования для одаренных. Базовые принципы неолиберализма противопоставлены большей части положений так называемой «прогрессивной парадигмы» в образовании одаренных. При этом они соответствуют традиционным подходам к одаренности: соревновательности с высокими ставками для участников, измерению индивида и сертификации работы в противовес развитию разнообразных способностей и категоризации образовательных программ вместо категоризации людей; перформативности и овеществлению «больших данных» в противовес учитывающему контекст целостному подходу к развитию таланта и высоких способностей; технократические управленческие структуры работают в противовес осознанию и учету социокультурных особенностей, а аполитический дискурс стратегических образовательных целей действует в противовес ценностно ориентированной модели человеческого интеллекта. Следовательно, должны быть найдены возможности для развития диалога по поводу высоких способностей за пределами их рыночной ценности посредством активной проблематизации, политизации и историзации одаренности.
